The myth of "forcing people out of their cars"

"Forcing people out of their cars" is not a myth. It is not a computer game, either.
Penal Code - PEN
PART 1. OF CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS [25 - 680]

( Part 1 enacted 1872. )
TITLE 13. OF CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY [450 - 593g]
( Title 13 enacted 1872. )
CHAPTER 5. Larceny [484 - 502.9]
( Chapter 5 enacted 1872. )
487. Law section

It is called "grand theft of an automobile" by the rules of English grammar and according to the California Penal Code, §487, ¶(d)(1). I know it is not a joke, because a lot of people are in prison in California for stealing cars.

Yeah, I think attempting to steal someone’s car thru hijacking is a crime. Who said it isn’t?

Oh, it doesn't end there, either. They just don't quit. And after obtaining physical possession of the automobile, by force, deception, or sleight, they hack into the state computer system and illegally transfer the title, too. That is the real computer game. And they got the smarts to do that straight out of Silicon Valley.
