Trump makes a trade agreement with Mexico, America asks why he is so heartless to McCain

Once again, our President creates a crisis that obscures an accomplishment

Instead of talking about the new trade agreement and its impact on NAFTA, we are talking about Trumps ordering the flag removed from half staff and refusing to make a statement about McCain

A. Trump didn't order the flag removed from half-staff
B. He made s a statement regarding McCain.

Do try and keep up.
To little to late. America despises Donald Trump our illegitimate President.

Yeah, you might have a point if the flag were still flying high, like it should be, or Trump hadn't made a statement about McCain on at least 2 occasions.

Because McCain was just a man. Nothing more and his death means nothing in the scheme of things. Let the family deal with the body. The world continues to turn. Deal with it.

I don’t see where Trump has so much difficulty with seemingly simple task

We honor John McCain.....bla, bla, bla......thoughts and prayers ....blah, blah blah.......served his country

Instead, we get a stone faced glare when asked about McCain
Liberals and the media are just disappointed because they badly wanted Trump to praise McCain so they could call him a hypocrite. Trump can't win with you guys. Your only use for McCain is to use him to bash this duly elected president.

McCain and Trump didn’t really like each other this is not a secret if he now made glowing statements about McCain everyone would be calling them fake and him phony so he is wisely staying out of it. There are more than enough people to praise and honor John McCain so let them do so and focus on that.

I guess your hatestream media didn't cover his speech last night. Feel free to look it up.

OK, RW, I'll actually add something of VALUE to your mostly valueless facile threads.

You are right, Trump has made yet another ACCOMPLISHMENT. While the Left have endlessly chided him about the border wall, etc., here is Trump now a year into his term starting a process. It is a beginning.

Meantime McCain: Trump didn't "create" anything. I'm going to tell you and all the readers who read this something REAL about Trump rather than the usual BS. One of my lifelong passions and areas of expertise has been the study of handwriting. Not the silly fortune telling crap but the real stuff the FBI uses to build psych models for predicting serial killer's behavior, etc., from notes and such. HERE'S THE DEAL WITH TRUMP (if you really care to know):

There is no middle ground with Trump. He either loves you or hates you. Everything leaves a deep emotional impression on him. He NEVER forgets a friend or a favor. You do right by him and he'll chase you to the ends of the Earth to pay you back four-fold. But you dick him off, lie to him, disappoint him, you are shit to him. You screw him over, you've made your worst enemy. He will never forget or forgive you.

Obviously, somewhere in Trump's past, as an avowed "Never-Trumper," McCain said or did something to deeply offend Trump and make clear he was NOT a friend, but an enemy. Don't expect Trump to change. Don't expect Trump to "make nice" now just because McCain died. Whatever happens now, Trump is a man true to himself and not a political stuffed shirt who says and does things just for public image told him by "advisors" to advance his "political career." Trump has no political career to protect---- he is a BUSINESSMAN in office for one, probably two terms to fix what he can fix with this country and that is it. When he's done, he will be back to his private life. He wears his feelings on his sleeve, and McCain burned the bridge with Trump long ago. End of story.

Now you can go back to the usual static partisan noise.

Trump needed to show he is a bigger man

He failed

The left seems to be enthralled with flags and death of a Senator while most Americans are concerned about their 401K's, the stock market, NAFTA and important issues.

The left is focused on a flag and not NAFTA, the left is trying to obscure the accomplishments by bringing silliness.

By America you, of course, mean the media elites who were speaking evil of Senator McCain 10 years ago when it benefited them.

Forgive me if I don’t care much for your outrage

You might be right. I'm just telling you IT WON'T HAPPEN. Trump is a man who does not bend. His is an adamantine will. He would rather die and go through 10X the torture McCain suffered than act insincerely and falsely towards a person he doesn't TRULY respect. ESPECIALLY just out of public image. And like it or not, it is that REALISM, that HONESTY, that TRUTHFULNESS of Trump come hell or high water to TELL IT LIKE HE SEES IT that people see, admire and respect most about him that won Trump the Presidency and put him in office, has kept him popular, kept his supporters loyal and will probably win him reelection DESPITE the avalanche of hate and opposition levied against him. None of that phases him one bit. The guy is Granite.

In short: Trump doesn't give a Flying Fuck what you think, or think of him, as president, he is there to do a job and get it done. And in HIS mind's eye, THAT is what being a president is really about. AND HE SAID THAT MUCH in his campaign.

You want LIP SERVICE, smooth talk, political correctness, hire someone else. Period. Go get yourself a Democrat. They'll tell you what you want to hear all day long.

If that is the case, why did our President create another diversion from what should be an accomplishment?

I think Trump does give a FLYING FUCK about what we say and think about him

That is why he Googles his name, why he constantly watches Fox and Friends, why he constantly watches the polls

He is grossly insecure and gets irate at negative reviews

Gimme a break, Junior. Insecurity comes from a fear complex; Insecure people don't jump into the limelight to take over projects the city can't get done to tell them he can do it faster and cheaper . . . then DO IT. Insecure people don't host TV shows where they get up there boldly and make life and death decisions about people's lives. Insecure people don't jump into a race for the most powerful person on the planet, then mop the floor with a room full of competition with a lifetime's experience ahead of him. Insecure people don't go out of their way to do things THEY KNOW will get them criticized, then give you the finger!

You are just one more jack-in-the-box-spewing-clueless-troll-nonsense.

YOU THINK you know what Trump Googles? And you think you wouldn't if you were the most important, famous, talked about person on the planet? YOU THINK Obama didn't watch Fox News? You mean HE was insecure too? I bet he had a whole TEAM of people covering Fox and every other news channel 24/7---- Trump probably just has himself. Obama never shut up about what was on Fox News---- HOW DO YOU THINK HE KNEW? Honestly. You are so full of it.

YOU THINK Obama, Hillary and others of their ilk don't watch polls? They MAKE polls. They LIVE by polls. It's all they talk about, dufus! You've been on this board almost TEN YEARS talking politics and you honestly sound like a noob who just joined yesterday. It is a matter of knowing your enemy, staying appraised of what you are dealing with, whether it personally matters to you or not in your DECISIONS. Almost nothing you or the Media says sways Trump one bit in what he thinks and decides. Even generals, he may listen to them, but ultimately, it is HIS decision: HE decides.

You're a clueless idiot like 90% of the people here that simply talks out your ass. I mighty have known posting here on your thread was casting pearls before swine.
