Trump Says He Will Be Filing a “Major Motion” Soon in Response to FBI Raid on Mar-a-Lago

Here's a map,
The CFO plead guilty to not claiming all his benefits as income on his personal taxes. Nothing to do with trump or the company
Trump didn't report he paid him these things, as benefits....as also required under the law. This allowed Weisselberg to cheat the past 15 years....with Trump orgs help.

If trump org had reported it, then Weisselberg would have been caught with his tax evasion scheme.

Works for me, and everyone else smart enough to click on it.
The only court ruling you posted a link to is Bill Clinton's which was about his PERSONAL items, which he could keep because they were like watches, etc?

Classified, Top Secret Documents are personal possessions of a President or Former President?
There is not court ruling supporting that.

they did. It’s not their job to report his income and pay his taxes

This sort of thing is rarely prosecuted

it was only prosecuted because the dems have weaponized the executive to threaten trump and those around him

No distinction was made in the ruling, Simp.

well that’s what the link discusses. Did you not read your own link?

You give a thread you started as proof on a ruling?????

Here, this is the real thing:

"All of these items were considered gifts to us," Hillary Clinton, now a senator from New York, told reporters in Rochester, N.Y., yesterday. "That's what the permanent record of the White House showed. . . . But if there is a different intent, we will certainly honor the intention of the donor."

Clinton's transition office added in a statement that the White House usher's office and the White House curator's office reviewed each of the items the Clintons took with them against the official list of White House property.

"In short, gifts did not leave the White House without the approval of the White House Usher's and Curator's Offices," the statement said.

Trump's Classified and Top Secret documents did not go through any process when they left the White House for Mar O Lago. That is the issue. They were not personal items, they belong to the US government.

It does not prove it is constitutional. It proves it was signed by a judge. Judges do unconstitutional things.
DoJ had probable cause.

DoJ had sworn affadavits.

DoJ presented their case for a warrant.

DoJ was granted a broad-based warrant.

There was absolutely nothing unconstitutional about what happened att Mar-a-Lago.

Sux to be one of you Rumpian Personality Cult minions, I'm sure.

The noose tightens. :itsok:
