Many of us who voted for Trump disapprove of his policies in the Middle East and we speak our minds openly and often. Conservative author Ann Coulter and conservative radio talk-show host Michael Savage were Trump supporters and both have publicly denounced Trump for his continuing aggression in Syria.

The closest thing I have ever seen to a political “cult” was the Obama worshiping MSM.

For the record, I am convinced we should never have gotten involved in Syria to begin with and we need to end the senseless killing now. I agree with Ann Coulter that it doesn't matter if Assad used chemical weapons on civilians. Even if the story is true (and many doubt it, including me) that is no reason for continuing the conflict. Putting things into perspective, Assad is accused of gassing around 58 people while over 100,000 innocent people were killed by bombs and bullets and several million displaced in a war which should never have been fought.

Trump promised to end this war and so far he has done nothing to indicate he will keep his promise any time soon. Do I regret voting for Trump? No, but I will not defend his policies in the Middle East.

I really don't know the particulars on the mission in Somalia, but obviously the place is a hotbed for terrorists, and the idea is to fight terrorists. I'm not a neocon, but I'm a realist. And like I said, the only way to deal with terrorists is by force.
