It's totally UNnecessary to make that point to us Jews, dear - people who've told you our 'chosen' means to us that we're 'better' or 'more' than other Peoples have at best not understood it, at worst they've lied.

It means YHVH 'chose' us to be under His Sinai Covenant - in the Torah it mentions He has made a Covenant for Ishmael (Arabs and maybe by extension Muslims), and for Edom as well... so the idea that He desired different Covenants for different Peoples is already part of Judaism.

Being a non-Jew, I don't have a first hand knowledge of Judaism...I like the Torah way over the Talmud because the Torah was not affected by the pain of the Diaspora...However we can't ignore the bad treatment the Jews received as recently as WWII...For me its a safety Issue where Jews can call a sanctuary...However the conquest of the West Bank and the Golan has made the Israeli State a right wing Eretz Israel bastion which currently uses oppression to an un-armed Civilian population much like what happened in Germany save the immense brutality...

Israel needs to pull back and talk to the Arabs for peace to the re-negotiated 67 borders...It cannot sustain its dominant military power over 400 million people who want its destruction in the long-run...Only an acceptable peace will save her.

As for "the righteous of all nations have a place in the world to come", that refers to the afterlife. Most Gentiles are complaining that Jews claim to be "chosen" in this life. From the prayer right before Shema: "For You are a G-d who performs acts of salvation, and You chose us from all peoples and tongues...Blessed are You, L-rd, Who chooses His people Israel in love." Furthermore, any serious student of the Torah could not compare the blessings given to Ishmael and Edom, with the blessings given to Israel.

Please tell us about these secret "covenants" that G-d made with other nations--not certain blessings, but covenants. In fact, Jewish legend tells us that Ishmael, Edom and Lot didn't want the Torah, so that's why G-d gave it to the Jews.

I am "first born son of a jewish womb", raised as a Quaker Christian, then spent 5 years in India with a Guru part of the time who taught about all the Indian traditions, brilliantly.

I agree with you, none of the Indian faiths have anything in their sacred texts about being exclusive; it would be rather difficult with 10,000 gods and goddesses. So in india they get diversity with Mummy's milk which they get far more of than western babies. India is a very feminine culture.

Israel needs to pull back and talk to the Arabs for peace to the re-negotiated 67 borders...It cannot sustain its dominant military power over 400 million people who want its destruction in the long-run...Only an acceptable peace will save her.

If Israel moves back to the '67 borders as you suggest, it will be destroyed.

Can you tell me and the board what would cause Israel's destruction if Israel went back to the re-negotiated 67 borders that all the World supports even the US Government?

Many newspapers don't carry everything which goes on, but having seen plenty of different English papers (via the Internet), one can see how much trouble the English are having with many of their Muslim immigrants. No newspaper or television station reports all the news. That is why it is great that we have on-line news sources from other parts of the world, like Dawn.com, Jakarta News, Times of India.
