TaxesI focus on taxes and litigation.story that Trump engaged in suspect tax schemes as he reaped riches from his father has stirred lots of talk that the state or IRS may pursue him. Perhaps the state might, as New York's Department of Taxation and Finance said that it would open an investigation. But the IRS seems more than a long shot. After all, Trump will be entitled to the same statute of limitations rules applying to everyone else. And while it is true that the statute of limitations on civil fraud is unlimited, it is hard for the IRS to show fraud. Most of us have simpler affairs than the Trump family. Yet no matter how simple or complex your taxes may be, it pays to know how far back you can be audited. Start with the old rule that the IRS usually has three years after you file to audit you. But there are many exceptions that give the IRS six years or longer.

Trump is guilty until proven innocent am I right?

No you won't. He has the Supreme Court and plenty of arguments as a lifetime businessman.

He can challenge ALL politicians tax returns in this case. Where does it say he must disclose this to be president? He provided plenty of financial data, more revealing than his tax returns.

They are looking for details such as "he didn't pay taxes", or "he didn't give to charity". That's all this is about, you can be sure.
No dumb dumb, it's about finding out WHO he owes, and WHERE his money is coming from.

Dollars to donuts, it points to Russia.

Only in your trump deluded head.

Not really because dems are already overplaying their hand. Didn't work out real well for Rs when they did that to clinton. Lol.

If the Dems decide to investigate instead of legislate...it is a great victory,
for him. It guarantees his reelection. It proves that the dems cannot govern,
just obstruct.

They can ask for his tax returns all day long, that doesn't mean they'll get
them. The Dem argument is he broke 40 years of precedent. Well, precedent is not law. The Dems will give the MSM ammo for another shit show that will turn off the electorate.

That'll give him something to run on in 2020. Have the electorate research
how their lives were in his first two years compared to the decline when the
libs took the House.

The libs have to work with him. The first vote all of them will take is who
will be Speaker. 58 newbees ran on the issue of not voting for Pelosi. 11
other incumbents have said they won't vote for her. Are they gonna go back
on their word in their first vote in the House?

I wouldn't worry too much about Trump vetoing House legislation. McConnell
will ensure that it never gets to the President's desk. Hello Gridlock...Welcome 6 more years.

So...guilty until proven innocent got it.

The IRS decides tax issues. Not the House.

You sure are one dumb fuck.

Mueller has the same access to TRUMP's taxes as he did Manafort and I'm pretty sure if there was anything in TRUMP's taxes we would already have known about it. Obama had weaponized the IRS so if TRUMP's taxes showed any corruption it would have come out long before TRUMP won the 2016 election.

Liberals winning the house did nothing to help alleviate their TDS.

They're frothing like rabid dogs. They're beyond crazy at this point.

Trump's a businessman. He's been to Russia like millions of other American businessmen, long before he even thought of running for President. He's no more a puppet of Putin than Angela Merkel. What is finally going to happen is that we will finally see how little the Mueller investigation has amounted to. No collusion, a bunch of Russians and Russian companies who cannot be tried for alleged crimes that cannot be openly proven , a few liars caught in inexplicable lies, and one tax-evader convicted on nothing at all Russia related. But a whole lot of new billion-dollar, no-bid contracts for cyber-defense awarded to donors of Congressional Democrats.

Time to get drunk and celebrate.

His tax returns are going to show how connected he is to Russia.

And they are going to make all his voters look stupid.

Those racist hicks elected a puppet of Putin.
This is how your minor victory becomes a long term loss. Y'all keep pushing this Russian sell out nonsense long and hard, until the non parasite public grows so tired of you that you lose again and again.

Since his tax returns were leaked to the New York Times for their expose, I'm sure that if any of that were true, it would have come out by now.

We read the NYT's 13,000-word report on Trump so you don’t have to. Here's what to know

Of course they have. I wouldn't be surprised if his businesses get audited every year.

If there were something to find the IRS would have found it long ago.

Of course the looney left doesn't have the brains to see it.

The looney left has already written off the Mueller report as useless. Adam Schiff wants a new investigation that will really find all that Russian collusion.
