Trump would have sent help to cities if they REQUESTED it. He made it known. They did not. although I believe there was one community. No it isn’t. Not for murder. State Prosecutors and investigators are tasked with gathering the evidence for STATE JUDICIARY. Ask ANY local cop. ANY COP. ANY STATE COP….Law enforcement is best done on a local basis.
The state has jurisdiction for all state crimes. In our state and in most states, even arson REQUIRES that the state be notified ASAP.
