Why GWB will be one of the greatest Presidents in MY LIFETIME...

Let's just stop this stupid comments!
NOT one of you critical of Bush have YET to admit these 4 major events altered millions of lives.. cost trillions of dollars!
NOT one of you took these events in account! NOT ONE of you are evidently smart enough to consider that
it cost trillions of dollars... destroyed jobs and YET you complain about spending that helped MILLIONS of people in true crisis!

You're an idiot, that's why nobody is bothering to comment.

You seem far too obsessed to be healthy, you likely need help. You are sick.

A recession greeted Obama when he took office, Hurricane Sandy destroyed the NJ coast, we had both Wars left to deal with, we had jobs shedding at record rates and we had a financial reform at the feet.

Nothing to see here.

Also - 2009 are Bush's UE #'s and Debt #'s, you dishonest scumbag.

AND YOU don't seem to understand!!!
YES I don't dispute Obama had those events! YOU are right!

SO why can't you admit these events occurred under Bush?

Is it because Obama is black it's OK for you to recognize the recession,etc....??

BUT NOT OK for Bush???
What a racist!

I agree to a point.

He also dealt with record filibuster use and so it's not as though we're living strictly under
Obama policy.

The blame goes all around IMO.

I'll agree with that.

But, that is the difference IME.

Bush had a straight path. He and the GOP congress had a chance to do some great things. Instead they f**ked up wonderfully.

Obama really has never had the same thing. He got what Clinton got (the rug pulled out from under him after two years). Clinton threw the far left under the bus and did a good job (while getting some jobs too :)). Obama has failed to lead in any kind of way.

Clinton did not suffer from any lack of persecution either. So this whole "he's black" bullshyt just does not wash.

There's spite for him because he's black, I fully believe that but I'm not with the clowns who find that every single disagreement is rooted in his race.

He's not going to be able to be a good leader when his opposition says hell no to absolutely everything. The Country has rejected that type of jerk-off-edness. And after the poll#'s from the shutdown, I believe with the Ryan budget the sides MAY begin to get some things done

then again, there's elections coming up

I also think Obamacare is a great failure in that it's causing higher premiums for much of the middle class, including myself.

There is no doubt the partisan environment is acidic.

But that is the nature of divided government.

Obama should probably have considered that when he stepped forth to proclaim all the bullshyt he did in Denver.

BTW: I'd vote for any homosexual, gender altered, muslim black woman (all categories that are not WASP and considered to experience some form of discrimination) if they'd step forth and cut spending...and stay out of social engineering.

As to elections..the people still vote in the house.

First of all, obama is NOT black. He is half white/half black. His mother was as white as this page, his father was a black arab, not an african. So actually he is a white arab.

He has been opposed by congress because his socialist ideas are much too far left for the majority of the country. If he had learned something from Clinton, he might have had some success, but tyrants are not flexible, its their way or no way.

You are a really good (very thoughtful) poster. Don't do this.

BUT OBAMA thinks he's black!!! And that's all that matters because daily he uses that as a crutch!!

Obama said this in June 2008...
"...They’re going to try to make you afraid. They’re going to try to make you afraid of me. He’s young and inexperienced and he’s got a funny name. And did I mention he’s black?"

I think the Tea Party swing of 2010 was a vote against the establishment as well....and may it continue.

I'll go ahead and acknowledge your obsessed over events as soon as you go back and edit 2009 numbers in under all your Bush numbers posts.

You are a really good (very thoughtful) poster. Don't do this.

Well you explain why even "conservatives" like YOU accuse Bush of "spending like a drunken sailor"!!! 23,000 mentions in google search!
including "conservatives" like YOU !
BUT NOT ONE of you conservatives EVER seem to admit that the "spending" was in total response to the 4 major gigantic events!
AND I am sure you don't even consider 9/18/2008 when the ENTIRE world economy was at risk when nearly 500 billion was taken out of money market funds in
less then 2 hours! YET YOU blame Bush for trying ONE MORE TIME to save the world!
"Spending like a Drunken Sailor"!!!
When I read that all I can do is picture the millions of people that lost jobs due to recession/dot.com/911 and worst 7 hurricanes in history!
The trillions of dollars in destruction that you idiots don't even consider when you say.."spending like a drunken sailor"!!!
Well DAMN it! Where would YOU be if you had lived in those areas that destruction was the greatest heaped on ANY country over a period of 8 years!
I just don't understand why "conservatives" like you have been so brainwashed by the totally biased MSM that donates 85% to democrats tell us that their job was to Bash Bush but then say Obama is a god"!

Wasn't his father from Kenya? Isn't Kenya in Africa? How was he not African??

In total response? Did you even study his budgets / cr's to verify that ASIDE from those events he SPENT LIKE A DRUNKEN SAILOR?

Helloo???

But you just said he didn't. To quote you ...

"Obama had NO major cataclysmic events as Bush did!" ~ healthmyths

And questioning if Obama's skin color has anything to do with it is bigotry, if not outright racism.

And again, I never denied the events you mentioned under Bush, so who knows why you continue to lie and claim I do. What I have challenged, was your false claims to how much impact they had on the economy; at least with regard to 9.11.

At any rate, all of the events you mention under Bush combined did not damage our economy as much as Bush's Great Recession did.

Black arab, not a black kenyan. Barack HUSSEIN Obama, is not an african name.

"healthmyths" is absolutely correct!

Bush did make mistakes like putting ground troops into Iraq.

Barry would never have been nominated if he had not been perceived as black. As a black liberal, he was not vetted in 2008. As a citizen, he would never have been capable of receiving a TSC, yet he's our CIC! Yikes!

Bush was not perfect, but he did well considering the cards dealt him. The lying scumbucket Obama is the worst President in the history of our country!

You didn't answer my question ... how is someone from Africa not an African?
