Every lurch the Trump administration makes from the accepted norms likely peels off a few voters here and there who are just tired of the crisis atmosphere, the circus, the never ending political maneuvering…. Barr hiding from Congress is a short-term loss of course since clearly his testimony is hurting the blob… but long term, I find it to likely be a gain in the 2020 General Election.
