I disagree with one thing - the electronic surveillance and dual investigations by the NSA and FBI AFTER the 'incidental collection' proved there were no crimes committed and NO FOREIGN INTEL VALUE were unjustified and illegal.

Obama declared the 'monitoring' afterwards and the investigations were fart of 'foreign surveillance'. What foreign surveillance and why? It had already been established that there was NO FOREIGN INTEL VALUE.

Wrong. What Nunes said was all of the surveillance appears to be completely legal and that he's focusing on the unmasking of names.

This would be true if Reverse Targeting was not employed. The evidence would be legally obtained if they had warrants for individuals the trump team was communicating with because their capture becomes incidental to a valid warrant.

What Nunes is now trying to find out is if the warrants for some of the other individuals were obtained by perjury, in an effort to reverse target an individual or group of individuals. That will take some time to find out.

When he finds out who unmasked names and who distributed information of no value, he can then determine who was to benefit and draw a conclusion. follow the facts back and look at the warrant affidavits, etc

"wire tapped" was in parenthesis meaning the term is general and not specific. This allows the term to be used generally for ANY form of surveillance.
