Eric Cantor lost his seat

Very good, Geaux4it, the TPM indeed will be punished by the voters as it has been, with few exceptions, all primary season.

Celebrate your victories because they will be very few.

Is this a parody of the left? I can't tell. The TEA Party wins big and you say it's a big loss in the "national discussion" whatever that's supposed to mean. Apparently they didn't get the lefty memo that they are irrelevant. And if the GOP was irrelevant, we wouldn't have libs spending so much time and effort (juvenile that it is) trying to minimize them.

Its a big win for TeaTards in Virginias 7th district

Its a big loss for Republicans nationwide

Yeah...the Rs need to be MORE like the Ds...that's the ticket...if you are DUMBASS!

Republicans need to be more like mainstream America....thats the ticket

Hard to believe that anyone could be a bigger dick than Cantor but if the Tea Party is taking credit for his defeat, what kind of a jackass is the guy who won?

......to a dude named Brat.

Fun times.

Voters Say Cantor "Too Jewish" in Recent Poll - National Report | National Report

But the number-one reason Cantor lost? Most respondents didn’t like how Jewish he was.

Approximately 67.1% of respondents said they wanted a Christian in office, compared to the 19% who said religion wasn’t a factor, with other religions and views polling at 7% or less. Meanwhile, a staggering 93.4% told us that Cantor’s Judaism was a key factor in their disapproval of him. And quite a few Republican voters were quick to mention that in their comments.

That's encouraging.

Now all they need to do is realize that the JUDEO Socio Political machine has it's ear to the ground, is listening to all the scuttlebutt that circulates and will respond accordingly, WITH ANOTHER CRYPTO JEW!

Different package, Same content.

I would have to look at the wording of the questions of that poll. Seems the author (Matt Rock)of your article might have an agenda.

Matt Rock
After studying journalism, political science, foreign affairs, and culinary arts, Matt Rock joined the staff at Epoch Times as a political analyst focused on India, before being assigned to cover North Korea. He left in 2008 to join MSNBC as an off-camera political analyst, where he earned multiple awards and was named MSNBC's top analyst four years in a row, from 2009 through 2012. He was hired in 2013 for a short stint at the Wall Street Journal, before ultimately deciding to write for National Report in 2014, feeling mainstream media sources were too invested in stories that didn't matter. - See more at: Voters Say Cantor "Too Jewish" in Recent Poll - National Report | National Report

He wasn't too Jewish the other 13 times he was elected to office. This is the spin of all democrat spins.

Tea Party is not taking credit for his defeat.
The News Media is saying this.
Try and find the names of the Tea Party groups who backed him.

All of the polls had Cantor over Brat by 14 points.

14 points!!!

Therefore, using Right Wing Rube Logik™, Brat clearly cheated. This election was stolen.

Nobody said they were a "flash in the pan". But, they're not a political party. They're just koch dupes and cranky old people.
Nobody said it was a political party. And actually, we're working age people with senses of humor.

The TEA Party is what many people say they are not, not realizing that it's what they actually are.

Anything that fractures the GOP is a net gain for the Democrats. Whatever it is, it's one of the best things to happen to the Dems because it forces the opposition further to the right and away from the middle where elections are won.

I thought the TP was just a flash in the pan.:eusa_whistle:

They are but they are fracturing the GOP and making whatever remains more radical thus giving up the middle to the progressives.

Good times indeed

Exactly. I have said the same thing but more in terms of cannibalizing their own party.
And visually I see the Tea Baggers dancing around the big cooking pot with Cantor on high boil.

So, the GOP is surrendering CO, NM, and NV to Democrats in 2016, giving Dems the edge in FL, and making TX, GA, and AZ competitive four years earlier than they would have been (TX and GA-2024 to 2020 and AZ-2020 to 2016)? I'm fine with that.

Exactly what I was thinking.

If Republicans don't support immigration reform, they are going to get killed in 2016.

Every month 50,000 Hispanic American citizens turn 18.
I will not vote for any one Republican or Democrat who will make it harder for poor Americans to find jobs. ie. anyone who won't seal the border and won't kick all the illegals out of our country. And I'm not the only one who feels that way.

your not ....but good luck with trying to kick them all out...

This was basically a vote against any kind of co-operation with Democrats. All Cantor wanted to do was pass sensible immigration reform. A bill where Democrats gave the house away to the GOP and included ALL the stuff they wanted, from having to wait in the back of the line, pay fines, learn English, etc.

Even though the GOP got everything they wanted in that bill, the hard right wants no part of it, and if you work with President Blackenstein on anything, we'll throw you out.

That's what happened tonight. The Tea Party failed almost unilaterally down the line on all these primaries, but tonight they knocked off a big fish.

In the end, it's good for the Democratic candidate in that district, who only needs to hang back and let the Tea Party wacko talk himself straight into defeat.

"Sensible immigration reform" is a libturd code word meaning "amnesty." It doesn't matter how many conditions you put on it, it's still amnesty. Furthermore, there are no guarantees that the border will be sealed. The Dims don't want the border sealed and would vote against anything that was actually effective. They want to open the floodgates.

neither do the other guys....just sayin...
