How bad is the coronavirus.

I was looking at a website by NPR. The website title is, "New study estimates more than 900,000 people have died from COVID - 19 in the U.S." Check it out for yourself. This study comes from a place called University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluations. In the article, it says that the death estimates from the coronavirus in India, Mexico and Russia are around 400,000 too low. Also, that in Japan, Egypt and several Central Asian nations, the death rates from the coronavirus are 10 times higher than reported death tolls. Could all this be true? I wouldn't doubt it.
It's not.

Thousands who have died with the virus have been counted as dying from it.

The entire narrative is a scam.
There is more than a fair amount of hyperbole.

It’s not the bubonic plague but it’s more dangerous than your basic flu
It just depends on your age , Health etc

The stats say it is NOT more dangerous than your basic flu.
The flue can kill from 30k to 60k a month, while covid-19 only kills 20k to 30k a month.
The fact covid-19 has been around for more than a month is our own fault, by deliberately "flattening the curve" and preventing it from ending.
We could keep flu around too if we "flatten the curve" for it also.

You mean the flu that had a record low this past flu season, compared to Covid that killed 600,000 in the U.S.?

That's an odd thing to compare without actually looking into it.

I think that one of the things that makes the coronavirus so contagious (and deadly) is that people have no natural immunity to it. Like they do with the flu. And the flu one one of the diseases brought by Europeans to the Americas that helped wipe out most of the native population.
Not true as people with blood type o are less likely to contact C19.

The 600,000 is way off as many deaths were second hand

Are way off? You do understand they have tests for Covid? So it is pretty easy to tell if someone who died had Covid or not. Just because someone had an illness like diabetes, high blood pressure, etc., if they died testing positive to Covid, Covid is the catalyst for their death.

It's just like if you were to shoot and kill someone that has stage 4 cancer. Just because they were going to die of cancer, doesn't mean you didn't murder them, and the court will say so.

"The publication reports approximately 600 deaths attributed to influenza during the 2020-2021 flu season in the United States, which typically peaks between December and February. Compared to previous years, where the numbers in the 2019-2020 season saw roughly 22,000 deaths, and the 2018-2019 season had more at 34,000 deaths, 600 is a 97 percent drop. So why is that happening? Are the typical flu deaths being categorized as something else?"

You want to compare flu to Covid still?

What if the stats are true. What then. Besides, I can spot a liar just as easily if they are using phony stats to misconstrue a topic. That aside, how many stats have you compiled.

Doctors know exactly what disease is what. There is no guesswork. Since the beginning of the coronavirus plague, something around 1000 new strains of the coronavirus have been identified. Why? Because genetic mapping of the chromosomes is so exacting. Most of these changes are only very slight. But as with the South African and Delta variant, the changes have been enough to make the virus more of a problem than it started out as.
all virus's mutate , fact is most do so faster than the pharmacabal manufactures mega does ,rendering them far less effective than they are marketed for

because da gub'mit is greasin' things 'covid' , ergo the grey area of dying FROM covid, and dying WITH covid is mighty murky

Not only do they mutate, but they become less lethal as they do so.
