He's kinda sorry that he did because the steel tariffs have increased the cost of his trailers that he builds by 25 percent, and he's not sure he can stay competitive with others or even stay in business.

Wanna talk about the soybean farmers? If China boycotts American soybeans, they don't have to worry, because they also trade with Brazil which has had a bumper crop of soybeans recently.
