Never Forget! Ashli Babbit Died For Their Freedom To Trample On Our Right To Have Our Votes Count

The bullshit is yours. No one said she was all the way through. You're ignoring her instinct to back up from the shooter in that instant... the weight of her bacpack... there's no telling exactly how far through she got; but again, it does not matter. All that matters was she was climbing through a busted out window to gain access to a restricted area where lawmakers and staff were still holed up inside the House chamber.

Didn't you just claim the bullet could do it?

And at the time she was shot she was ZERO threat to the officer in question, and to anyone else.

Define “hanging”.

In this case in the window, be it in the process of going through it, or stationary.

at the second she was shot she was in the window, unless she was floating in it, she was hanging onto something that was part of the window.

False. She was entering the Speaker's Lobby. There was a violent mob right behind her still trying to break in. Lawmaker's were still in the chamber and an unbarricaded door leading into the chamber was just a few feet away. Also just a few feet away was officer Byrd.

Where she could have been taken into custody.

Then shoot at the violent mob, not the unarmed helpless woman in the window.

So it’s an ambiguous term. Less specific because it would also include people who are “stationary”.

No, she couldn't. Police were too outnumbered to effect arrests. If Byrd tries to arrest her, the violent mob behind her breaks in and then he has to start shooting many others.

That's a lot of assumption. And again you are referencing showing the rest of the crowd someone could get shot, which is as I have stated repeatedly not part of use of deadly force rules for police officers.

Over the weekend some dipshits planned a stunt involving a memorial to some dead traitors. Only one thing stood in their way, federal gatekeepers...
They are not traitors. And the Congress was not counting your votes. They were to count electors votes.
Ashli Babbitt has earned a monument on the grounds where she was cruelly executed by a cop.

You said she was stationary when she was shot.

Are you walking that back?

At the second she was shot she was, unless she is faster than a bullet.

Also she was in the process of claiming through the window. So in that situation she wasn't advancing on the officer, like Faun is trying to claim vis a vis Brown/Wilson.

I've made my position clear. The rest of this is just quibbling and semantics.
