OH! The Horror of It All!!

Since sidewalks are not mentioned in the constitution that means no one should get sidewalks. It doesn't say we have the right to a sidewalk anywhere. I now think that anyone who has a sidewalk are gaming the system to get them. Should we just shoot anyone who walks on sidewalks because those are tools of the burgoise to suppress the have-nots? That is how it is now. Those who have sidewalks and those that don't.

Keep the class envy simmering no matter how ridiculous the example. It's the only thing hypocrite socialist democrats have left. It's the only thing they ever had for that matter.

Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx told a crowd in North Carolina Tuesday that “only 49% of low-income neighborhoods have sidewalks” while more affluent areas have near 90%. In order to have a society where “everyone has a shot at the American Dream, than it’s imperative that we acknowledge these challenges.”

Transportation Secretary: Inequitable Distribution of Sidewalks Is Obstacle to American Dream

Wait.....didn't FDR claim that there is a 'right to good sidewalks' as his "Second Bill of Rights"...

....or was that Kim Jong-un?

He didn't actually say 'sidewalks'. He mentioned a whole bunch of other things but not sidewalks. Sorry...they are shit out of luck because of that.

That was tongue-in-cheek, Sup

I know FDR didn't promise sidewalks....he promised Nike Lunartempo 2 neutral running shoes.

I wonder if the transportation secretary could tell us which of congress' enumerated powers gives in any authority over sidewalks in the several states.
