SCOTUS divided over SSM

Our supreme law of the land is more supreme than any Commandments of Any religion; simply because our Founding Fathers spake it so, in Article the Sixth.

LOL!

Isn't that ADORABLE?

It feels that the Supreme Court is the SUPREME LAWMAKER IN THE LAND.

ROFLMNAO!

Here, the SC is the end of the road. If you don't pass them, you don't pass Go and you don't collect your $200. Got it now, simpleton?

The Constitution is the supreme law of the U.S. It secures our rights, which include the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It secures those rights for gays just as it does for straight folks. That includes the right to marry the person you love in pursuit of happiness.

The citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states.

Yep... and there is no privilege or immunity to advance deceit as truth and sexual deviancy is the result of intellectual deviancy and it is, in every conceivable facet... DECEIT. Claiming that such is sustainable, viable or otherwise akin to normal... is delusional.

Passing such off as truth... that's EVIL. And this without regard to whether you BELIEVE it or NOT.

Your concession is duly noted and summarily accepted.
You are not our Founding Fathers.

Unless the law says differently. Religious notions have no standing. The first amendment protects us from the imposition of religious standards.
Biology dude, biology. Within the couplings of Male/Female is all that the species needs to go on.
The species doesn't need marriage to go on. Also, there are marriages between men and women where due to infirmity or age procreation is impossible. I'm afraid your logic doesn't hold water. Procreation isn't the be all and end all, of marriage.

The demographic groups are nowhere NOWHERE near the same.

A bus driver requires a license, an airline pilot required a license, but since the two demographic groups are nowhere near the same, they have different license.

Quit acting like this is a new or foreign concept.

It ain't.

They are not. They are the Supreme Court of the Land. See how that works?

If that were in any way relevant, that might be a good point. Sadly it's not relevant.

And you should know... the Founders of the United States, executed homosexuals... for being homosexual.

And that is because Homosexuality is irrational, with a long history of destroying entire cultures. So the Founders realized that tolerating homosexuality was tantamount to cultural suicide.

And just based upon the destruction that such has caused in just the last 5 years... wherein we have gone from lifting sodomy laws, to seeing government force people into bankruptcy for simply refusing to participate in a celebration of debauchery... and even as we 'speak', we're awaiting the SCOTUS to decide if the nation will be forced to accept men marrying men.

I'm old enough to be one, but OK, we all stipulate to that brilliance.

Point

... same-sex marriage...
Marriage is the Joining of One Man and One Woman.
Unless the law says differently. Get used to it.

Laws can be overturned when the truth comes to light.

Get used to it
They can. What truth are you planning to bring to light? And why didn't you share that truth with the lawyers arguing in front of SCOTUS yesterday.

Read and learn. Your marketing of this so called "civil right" is a hoax. Bruce Jenner proved it's often a choice.

Kind of off-topic, but for years his choice was to live a life opposed to his feelings. He has now decided to live as God created him.
