Should Trump be impeached? No, not until sufficient evidence surfaces to indicate he is guilty of anything close to "high crimes and misdemeanors", which to date does not exist. When you spend 2 years investigating anything and everything about him and his campaign and the outcome is nada, then it's time to move on. There's a difference between attempted murder and attempted obstruction (even though there's no proof of even that), particularly when there's no crime to obstruct.

What we are seeing play out here is the far left zealots in the Dem Party pushing for impeachment hearings and votes, while the rest of the party is trying to hold onto the House come next November. From what I understand, there are some 31 Dems in the house that are in districts that Trump won in 2016, and they don't want to lose their seats in Congress and neither does Pelosi, cuz if enough of them get voted out then she could lose her majority and the speakership that goes with it. The Dems have 235 House members and 218 is the threshold, so if 18 seats are lost then the GOP regains House control. What are they going to tell the voters in their districts if they got nothing to show for their time in office over the last 2 years? "Boy, we fought like hell to get rid of Trump but it was a lost cause cuz those damn Repubs in the Senate wouldn't remove him from office".
