Trump Removed from Maine Primary Ballot

The problem was the electoral college. Because Hillary Clinton got more votes. Trump has never actually won an election by getting more votes, which means if there is a replacement, they probably won't win either.
Bill Clinton never got the majority of the popular vote, and neither did Hitlery, Simp.

See dumbass -
That proves that you didn't see it.

It was just one side.
It was close to a grand jury hearing, but it wasn't really.
No one cross examined.
No one called rebuttal witnesses.

It was closer to a Sham Wow! informercial than any type of legal proceeding.

How many Sham Wow's! do you own?
It was a hearing that had testimonies from people in the trump administrationn. It also had subpoenas issued to people who refused to show up. Like Trump.

You're here defending trump, so you must own plenty of sham wows and my pillows.

It amounts to election interference by a state to interfere with a federal election.
You mean like how a state requires a certain number of signed petitions to get on the ballot?

That's not a constitutional requirement, but as states run the election, they can set a petition requirement.

What law? What trial? What conviction? 12 of these examples since the Civil War. The dang act was a move after that War and then used only 6 times on Confederates they blocked

You are full of it. And dont quote Law and Order given how you dont follow it at the border or BLM
This one.

That was a terrible pole vault to the border or BLM attempt.

Furthermore the reason it is rarely used is because trying to illegally overturn a US Presidential election is even more rare than the use of the 14th. Benedict Donald is the only President to ever pressure his VP to illegally throw out the EC votes from multiple state to change the results of an election. The only one.

Your Gatekeepers of your Cult told you that, it's not true.

Your Cult didn't tell you that infomercial actress Cassidy Hutchinson submitted 15 pages of corrections to her testimony after the infomercial aired, did they?

Jan 6th was an insurrection and rebellion against the Constitution as was the efforts to overturn the Ga. election.

His only hope is that the SC decides the President is not an officer of the United States of America.
I can't see how they can do that, without also saying that a states governor isn't an officer of the state.

Let's get something clear here. When trump was impeached for the insurrection, 58 Senators voted to connvict him. Thatt included Republicans. So there is no rreal sane argument about his conduct. Trump committed at minimum, a rebellion against this government and all the plausible deniability on earth doesn't erase the televised speech he gave urging people to go to the capital. Also the fact he chose to protest on the day of certification and not the 20th gives away his intent.

It was the reason the Colorado Appeals Court used to overturn the previous ruling. Also, the Constitution mentions the office of the president over 2 dozen times. So how can a president not be an officer of the United States while occupying the office of the President. He is the Commander in Chief and thus the highest officer in the military. Any so called literalist Justice is going to have a hard time agreeing with that appeals court finding.

Found innocent in that impeachment, Simp.

Why hasn’t he been charged with rebellion?

Lol! I have nothing to do with cults. Pleease show me the source of this information about Hutchinsson, but remember that she was not the only member of the administration to have testified. Did William Barr submit 15 pages of corrections?
