its not so clear that she was 9 .. some sources says she was 17 18 ... and Aişe was engaged with someone before Muhammed ... and in that times there is no birhdays .. peoples age not so clear .. also in middle east even now .. when some people born they cannot register the baby .. maybe they can register baby 2 3 years later... even i have a friend from east of Turkey he is actually 24 but his father could not register him so in his identity card his age 21.

At this time a man cannot married before 23 25 ages for example me .. i am 21 i need to finish university , than i need to find a job .. then i need to have money for marriage .. but my grandfather married at 17 age .. my father married 19 age ... my mother also 19 .. if i have finished my university at 18, 17 i would marry at 16, 17, 18 ages ..
