We Finally Know the Case Against Trump, and It Is Strong

In other words, it's illegal when it's illegal

You're a rocket scientis.

Repaying money used by another to pay off a porn star that you boinked and logging it in business ledgers as "legal expense" - which as an operating expense is tax deductible when payments to the porn star you boinked are personal expenses.

Since the felonies by Cohen and Trump Co are a matter of record -- not of debate -- that defense isn't going to work, in court. In fact, if the defense lawyers try out your and toddster's desperate rhetoric ("fake felonies"), it will be immediately stricken from the record and they will be warned not to do it again by the judge, under penalty of contempt.

Falsifying business records to hide a non-crime is awful!!!

Trump repaid the "campaign contribution"?

There are these things called “elements” to that alleged crime. Where, as here, those “elements” are missing, well what you’ve got is a big empty bag of nothing. 👍

We'll have to see, however you can bet Bragg will be bringing the following to help fill the bag:
  • Personal testimony by Allen Weissenberg (Sp?) Chief Financial Officer for the Trump Organization
  • Personal testimony by David Pecker (AMI Media?) owner of the National Enquirer involved in the "catch-n-kill" process
  • Personal testimony by Michael Cohen Trump personal attorney at the time
  • Probably testimony by others involved (staff, assistants, accountants, etc.)
  • Audio recordings that Cohen made of Trump
  • Texts
  • Emails
  • Travel documents
  • Phone records
  • Invoices
  • Checks
  • Business ledger entries
  • Contemporaneous notes
  • etc.

They up it.

They start with the misdemeanor of falsifying business records in the second degree even though nothing was falsified.

Then they claim the non crime was elevated to a felony because it wasn’t committed at all but for the purpose of concealing some other non crime.

Evidence to prosecute a violation of federal campaign law isn't relevant.

The "F" in FEC stands for federal.

Trump was indicted under State law for business record violations which have nothing to do with Trump and the FEC.

WW
The campign finance law he's accused of violating is a federal law, you fucking dumbass.
