This has been explained a 1000 times but unfortunately, it exceeds your pay grade. Hillary was first told it was an attack, of which she emailed Chelsea. By the next day, the CIA decided it was a protest over an anti-Islamic video which spurred a protest. That is what she told Smith's mother. Two weeks after the attack, the CIA, after gaining possession of video of the attack, changed their assessment back to it being an attack.

And that is the conclusion reached by the GOP in investigations #7 and #8.

So unless you can convince anyone smarter than you, which is pretty much everyone, that the GOP was in the tank for Hillary, you're stuck with their findings, whether you like them or not.
