The “heavy shut down” just isn’t possible. When we were in the strictest part of the shut down, I still went to my hospital every day like normal. I couldn’t stay home. Sick people still needed help. There are things that just can’t stop. Given it would affect millions and millions of people, it was a pipe dream that we could simply stop it in its tracks.
