You know it's bullshit when the author has to put jurisdiction in quotation marks to hide the fact that newborn babies literally are under American jurisdiction and unlike their parents who are established citizens of foreign nations and thus under the jurisdiction of those nations, they are not under anyone else's jurisdiction.
