FALSE! GDP trend did NOT continue under Trump. Quite the contrary. Trend when Obama lest was FALLING miserably (to 1.2%). Then, after Trump got going, the trend switched direction and ROSE to 3.2%

As you can see on the graph, the Obama (2015-2017) trend was entirely downward. Then in 2017, it changed direction and went up, so the line looks like a V.

They loved Hussein's 1.2%, but they hate Trump's 3.7%. Go figure?

Your graph is annualized, not quarterly, how can you lucidly claim it doesn’t show a quarter over 4% when it’s showing annual data, not quarterly data?

So? That number was greatly affected by Bush’s Great Recession which produced the second worst annual GDP since the Great Depression. GDP was a staggering negative 8.2% when Obama became president. If you want to complain about his numbers after he was handed that mess, so what?

That's kinda the point. After a precipitous fall in GDP, Obama had a miserable economic performance in the recovery. Instead of freeing up the economy, his answer was more regulations.

All this of course makes Trump look like a genius. Everything Obama did works to Trump's advantage as he unravels them.
