Anyone here tired of "too much winning" yet?

[ ] Saying he won't have time to play golf

[X] Golfing and going to Mar-a-Lago at the expense of the taxpayer.
Hey! You finally got something right! Congrats! No arguments here. 2-7? Yeah - that's a typical left-wing average of success with anything in life (jobs, relationships, knowledge, etc.)

Hmm, I seem to have all three of what you put in parentheses.

You mean he doesn't want to do his job and conduct foreign policy when visiting other countries is expected?
The President of the United States does not need to take one step onto foreign soil to conduct "foreign policy". Any other really stupid things you'd like to throw at the wall and pray that it sticks?

He pushed for it and tried to negotiate a repeal and couldn't.
You're right - he can't. Because he's in the executive branch and only the legislative branch can repeal Obamacare. Learn how your own government functions before commenting. Please.

So? Obama issued an executive order for Guantanamo and that is still open.
Yeah...and then he rescinded on it. Barack Obama had complete and total control to close Guantanamo Bay. He chose not to (because he realized that President Bush and VP Cheney were right all along - there is nothing else to do with terrorists. They don't wear uniforms and they don't represent a nation, thus they are not subject to the Geneva Convention).

[ ] Travel ban
President Trump issued not one, but two travel bans. Both were 100% legal and constitutional. The first was blocked by immature left-wing infants who can't accept that the American people have spoken and rejected their bat-shit crazy ideology. Rather than fight it, President Trump rescinded it and issued a second travel ban. That too was blocked by immature left-wing infants who can't accept that the American people have spoken and rejected their bat-shit crazy ideology. But all experts have already stated that it will be upheld by the Supreme Court.

So you're 0-3 at this point. How embarrassing for you.

Well, it had yet to be upheld.
So? What does that have to do with President Trump? He kept his promise to the American people. The butt-hurt left is committed to be obstructionists to their own government and their own nation. It's on them, not Trump.

And it's fine. All it's doing is delaying the inevitable and doing tremendous political damage to the left. The 2018 mid-term elections already heavily favor conservatives just due to the seats that are up for election (nearly all Democrat). Violating the U.S. Constitution by blocking perfectly legal, perfectly constitutional Executive Orders is not a wise thing to do.

So he should just send Pence and Tillerson to do his bidding?

What my original point is that anyone could sign an executive order. It does not mean it is going to get done or accomplished. Trump can sign any executive order. It doesn't mean it'll happen.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. The pendulum can easily swing back to the left because of the damage Republicans are looking to do to the country.

There's a reason he has a Secretary of State. There's a reason he has Ambassadors. In addition, all of those world leaders can come to the U.S. to meet with him. And, this is the 21st Century - we have video conference capabilities.

Foreign policy is just that - policy. It doesn't require travel all over the world to create policy.

An Executive Order is an order from the President of the United States. So it absolutely will happen if the President wants it to. In Obama's case, he reveresed course. With the border wall, there are some things about it that are out of President Trump's control (such as the financing for it since Congress controls the purse strings).

Reaching out to world leaders does not require traveling across the world. He can pick up the phone (and I'm sure he has).

You're absolutely correct. The pendulum can swing back (and at some point, it will). However, that doesn't mean that the left can afford to do anything they want right now. They are in a precarious position at this time.

It is something that is part of the job. He is breaking a norm. Rather than do a job and go on a foreign trip in person he prefers to spend it going golfing, which he has done a lot more at this point on the golf course than any of his recent predecessors.

Going to a foreign country to conduct business with a fellow world leader is not a partisan issue. Bush did it. Obama did it and those before both did it.

Thus, it has not yet been built and he has not been able to influence Congress to provide funding for the wall. It has not yet started and frankly I will not believe that there is a wall until there actually is one.

The left doesn't have the power to do anything they want right now. Trump has a hard time getting his own party to accomplish what he wants and they could, in theory, advance his agenda without a single Democrat on board.
