Congress has already disqualified Trump from the ballot

You are confusing a speech by Turtle with the result of the Senate trial, Simp.

Grow a brain.
It doesn't matter what names an uninformed twit like you calls McConnell or what your opinion of him is.
Personally I can't stand the spineless motherfucker either.
But there is no denying he was an extremely effective Senate Majority Leader and he had an iron grip on his caucus.
You can be sure that he is speaking for ALL Senate Republicans who voted not to convict.
They only voted exactly as he told them to.

Acquitted means the judging party did not receive enough details to reach a guilty verdict. It does not mean white as snow and no one is contending that It does mean exonerated from the charges that were brought. It does not imply innocence purity.

Acquitted is not exonerated.

exonerated
(especially of an official body) absolve (someone) from blame for a fault or wrongdoing, especially after due consideration of the case.

acquitted
free (someone) from a criminal charge by a verdict of not guilty.

One is to determine the person did not do what he was charged with, while the other is they have a reasonable doubt to his guilt.
Not Guilty and "absolve from blame of wrong doing" are the same thing, moron.

Nobody ever said Trump was "not guilty."
They said they didn't have the legal authority to issue a conviction on the impeachment charges once he was no longer in office.
Instead they said, it would have to be up to the courts to try and convict him.
Which is exactly what is occuring now with one of Jack Smith's cases against him.

Wrong. Talk to O.J. Simpson, who was found not guilty (criminally) before being found guilty (civilly)
His not guilty verdict did not absolve him.
It absolved him of criminal guilty findings and the civil pursuit was a distinctly different issue.

No different. They all involve a constitutional disqualification to the office.
One is preexisting non American born stipulation in place for ages. . It would all be resolved beforehand and never even get as far as electing Arnold because he would not be elegible to run.
Not running therefore not disqualified is wholly different than your childish assertion that elected and then prohibited from serving is the same situation

Wrong. O.J. was charged civilly with the same as he was charged with criminally.

And as I said, his not guilty criminal verdict did not absolve him, it only relieved him of criminal responsibility, because they couldn't reach guilty beyond a reasonable coubt.

Arnold Schwarzenegger could run for president, even knowing he wasn't qualified to serve. And the American people could elect him president, even knowing he wasn't qualified to serve.

No different than the position Trump is in, given Amendment 14, section 3.

Actually that does prove the point', if the senate acquitted Trump, he still is subject to criminal and civil charges, as senate majority leader Mitch McConnell explained to the senate.

You are still talking outta your ass.
Once again here is a direct quote from the man who directed his caucus not to vote for conviction:

"Former President Trump's actions preceding the riot were a disgraceful dereliction of duty.
The House accused the former president of, quote, "incitement." That is a specific term from the criminal law.
Let me put that to the side for one moment and reiterate something I said weeks ago: There is no question that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of that day."

Now does this sound to you like someone trying to use the term "not guilty?"

He would not be permitted to have his name on a POTUS election ballot
