My company is predominantly whites and no illegals. Level entry in my warehouse with no experience is $16/hour............ White young kids (18 to 28 years old ) comes in work one day or couple of days then quit........ Because they cannot stand the heat during summer in California/Atlanta and winter in Allentown. The only whites that stick around in Allentown are Russian immigrants.
Currently this year alone farmers that I know in Delano California north of Bakersfield hired H1A farmers total combined of 122 from Mexico. Because they cannot find enough legal or illegals to work in their farms. These are the Mexicans that travel regularly back and forth during the harvest or planting seasons and they know the proper wages. These H1A get paid no less than $8/hour. But you have to house and feed them 3 times a day. Average to about $13 to $14 an hour. They do NOT have much choice to go on............ They put signs all over to avoid H1A ............. Hiring farm workers, pay minimum wages......... Lots of interest from nearby town but not enough and NO white Americans. The same story in janitorials, convalescence homes, home cares, etc etc etc..........
