Gen. Michael Flynn as his Vice President. “Trump-Flynn 2024”

Guess we're just going to have to find out. Won't we?

Shitforbrains.

Y'all are the one with military tribunal and execution fantasies. I'm asking you to provide a window into the wasteland of the MAGA mindset by telling us about your imaginary 'military tribunals', and who you'd inflict them upon.

And you're doing a wonderful job!

They kept Trump's crime quiet. I think I will do the same.

Laughing....your predictions and 'evidence' are always so compelling and irrefutable.....until someone actually asks to see them.

And then disappear like a fart in the wind. So much for those 'military tribunals'!

I accept your surrender with all the grace and patience it deserves.

Vindman conspired with Adam Schiff and the Democrats to spy on the President Of The United States.

Again, says who?

No military tribunal has ever found this to be true.
That's treason.

Treason is war against the United States. Its the only crime defined by the constitution. And nothing you've described remotely approaches that.

Which might explain the complete and total failure of your conspiracy with zero of any of the charges you've imagined by levied against anyone involved.
I don't give a God Damn if you like the result.

The result being....no charges, trials, tribunals or executions for anyone involved in your imagined 'treason'.

That's the proper outcome. Why wouldn't I like it? You seem a little upset, though.

Remember, you citing yourself isn't a legal standard. Its just your imagination.

I'm guessing they don't ask my questions of you in your echo chamber. Because you don't have any good answers for the obvious questions outside of it.

Nothing you've described about Vindman is treason or anything remotely like it. Treason is the only crime defined by the United States, and its war against the United States.

Do you think the disconnect between your imagination and actual legal outcomes is that you don't know how the law actually works?

So.....its you, citing yourself as legal authority, insisting that people should be subject to military tribunals because you says so.

Good luck with that.

espionage

It's no secret: espionage is the act of organized spying, usually with the goal of uncovering sensitive military or political information.

If the government has relocated you to a foreign country, made you change your name, given you a fake mustache to wear, and instructed you to hide in a closet at the presidential palace and report back weekly on what you overhear, then you are engaging in espionage. This noun is similar to snooping, but generally applies to much more serious situations, like when countries or businesses spy on each other to try to obtain top secret information.

All you have to do is read the UCMJ.

I have plenty of answers. You're just to stupid to acknowledge them.

I'm retired military.
I held a TS-SCI security clearance.

I know the laws against espionage and conspiracy to commit an illegal act of sedition.

LtCol Vindman conspired with Adam Schiff to spy on the President of The United States, which BTW carries the Death Penalty.

All the Jan 6th rioters did was destroy property and fight with police. They've been in jail for over 3 years now.

This is much worse offenses than anything they did on Jan 6th.

But apparently some people who are involved in criminal conspiracies with Democrats get a free pass.

And where is the treason you were claiming? And what lawful order did Vindman not follow?

LtCol Vindman conspired with Adam Schiff to spy on the President of The United States, which BTW carries the Death Penalty.

You're citing yourself as a legal expert on espionage and conspiracy to commit an illegal act of sedition?

You'll need to prove your credentials. You simply you're an expert is laughably insufficient.

Especially after you already accused Vindman of TREASON and are now backpedalling badly, omitting any mention of it in your latest round of accusations.

Kind of major change to your allegations, is it not? You've rather elegantly disproven your own expertise by making an legal accusations you can't possibly back up. And then frantically trying to abandon it.

LtCol Vindman conspired with Adam Schiff to spy on the President of The United States, which BTW carries the Death Penalty.

And do you think Trump should have Vindman and Schiff arrested, tried and executed if re-elected?

We both know the answer. I just want you to demonstrate your insanity for the thread.

Day one - Fire Wray, appoint Flynn as Director of the FBI. Let him prosecute Wray for treason.

Treason again, huh? Y'all keep using it as a catch all. Its very specific crime, the only one defined by the constitution: war against the United States.

Why would Wray be charged with waging war against the US?

Conspired to take down a sitting President with the false Steele dossier. Include Hillary.

WASHINGTON – Years before it paid the rumor peddler at the center of the debunked anti-Trump dossier, the FBI considered him a counterintelligence threat. Payments from the FBI to Igor Danchenko, the dossier’s primary sub-source, continued from March 2017 to October 2020 despite his problematic history and ongoing congressional investigations into the FBI’s years-long Russia probe codenamed Crossfire Hurricane.

Since 2016, Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and others have raised a number of concerns about Crossfire Hurricane given its reliance on unverified – and now debunked – allegations from dubious sources who were paid by the Hillary Clinton Campaign and Democratic National Committee. That information was central to securing a federal warrant to eavesdrop on a member of the Trump presidential campaign in 2016 and 2017. At the time the FBI was paying Danchenko, it was aware of his history, including his interactions with Russian intelligence services and his offer to procure and sell U.S. government secrets.

“This extraordinary fact pattern requires additional information from the Justice Department and FBI relating to why Danchenko was placed on the payroll and paid by the taxpayer to assist in the federal government’s flawed investigation into President Trump,” Grassley and Johnson wrote to Attorney General Merrick Garland.

So the FBI making payments to a source is 'war against the United States'?

They don't ask many questions of your legal theories in the echo chamber, do they?
