Have pro-life people said that this is acceptable? I haven't read it. It's an outrage and an atrocity.

If these are the cases keeping people from voting pro-life, I would LEGALLY approve a bill banning elective abortions except for cases of rape or incest where police reports have been filed. I don't agree with it morally, but would agree as a legal matter. To save at least some babies.
