What's to argue? Federal systems can and do examine state corruption even in the state courts. There is no need for evidence...it's not a claim. It's a fact. Now I don't have a crystal ball of course but I feel fairly certain that we are watching a serious misapplication of criminal law. I think all of it will land in the federal court system.
