ROFL! His story is extremely consistent. Zimmerman his far more credible than that ugly retarded girl friend of Trayvon's.

The prosecution is losing this because they have no evidence.

It hasn't been consistent at all.

It's highly consistent.

And had the Sanford Police done a better job with the Forensics, Zimmerman would have been toast.

In other words, if they had found evidence they didn't find, then Zimmerman would be convicted. The only problem with that theory is that there is no such evidence.

No..they absolutely have not been consistent. The whole incident happened during a 7 minute time span. And that's from the time Zimmerman first calls the police to the time he murders Trayvon Martin.

His story has so many holes in it, I am surprised that anyone still defends him.

For example:
Zimmerman can't remember the street names of an area he patrols regularly and has only three streets.
Zimmerman thinks Martin is armed, yet he pursues him into a darkened area used for walking dogs.
Zimmerman says he gives up the chase, yet manages to catch up to Martin.
Zimmerman says Martin appears from behind Bushes, but changes that when it's clear that wasn't the case.
Zimmerman says Martin asks "What's your problem?" which contradicts what the last person heard over the phone.
Zimmerman says that Martin was on top the entire fight, which contradicts what is heard on the phone and the testimony of 2 witnesses.
Zimmerman says that Martin was slamming his head into the concrete which contradicts his injuries.
Zimmerman says that Martin was holding his mouth and nose which contradicts the pictures of him showing no blood smears on his face. It also contradicts the cell phone recording which has multiple voices shouting.
Zimmerman says that after he shot Martin he put him on his belly and stretched his arms out. That contradicts the photos showing Martin's hands under the body.
Zimmerman describes a brutal onslaught of blows to his head that "felt like bricks" which contradict Zimmerman's injuries and injuries to Martin's hands.
Zimmerman says Martin went for his gun and he manages to lock his hand under his arm, grab his gun and shoot him in the chest. That, seems incredibly improbable.

Because he was LESS THAN A FOOT FROM MARTINS FACE?! It isn't one long loud continuous scream, they are intermittent, there was time for Martin to say that before he got shot. Oh forget it. None of this really matters. Zimmerman claims he said it. It is the state's responsibility to disprove it. All these witnesses that you are asking about didn't hear it. You can attack his credibility all you want, but at the end of the day evidence from a less than credible source is still better than no evidence.

We'll have to see if they believe all those witnesses or Zimmerman.

That's what Zimmerman said not what the witnesses said.

The witnesses were never close enough to the fight to hear what Martin said. Be quiet.

Yeah......................and Zimmerman even said that Trayvon jumped him from behind some bushes.

Only problem is....................there are no bushes where the fight happened.

Incidentally, Zimmerman also said that Trayvon was beating his head against the concrete while holding a hand over his mouth and nose.

Did anyone notice that Zimmerman had a shaved head? The only way a person could have beat Zimmerman's head into the concrete is if they had a grip on his ears. I saw the photos of Zimmerman, and yeah................he's got a couple of contusions on the back of his head, but his ears look untouched.

And oh yeah....................if Trayvon was holding him by the ears to beat his head into the concrete (meaning, he'd have to use two hands), did Trayvon grow a third arm to hold over his nose and mouth?

And by the way...........................was it REALLY God's Plan for Zimmerman to murder Trayvon? Zimmerman seems to think so, because he said as much on Hannity.

Sorry....................but Zimmerman is a liar, and I hope the jury sees it.

I also hope he's put away for a minimum of five years in GP.

Hate to break it to you guys, but they'll convict him of one of the lesser charges. The political choice has already been made. We cannot have riots over this, and the courts know it.

Someone will get to the jury and give them a reasonable argument for convicting with the understanding that the sentence will be light, and then reduced to 'time served' later, when everyone has lost interest.

The evidence looks good for Zimmerman.

How so? The medical examiner said the injuries were minor and no where near life threatening.

That's because he killed the criminal assaulting him before his head cracked like an egg.
