Crime, shootings, and so on would dramatically drop if we simply treated criminals, dopeheads and crazy people like what they are. That's all it takes is when you have a society you remove the trouble makers and to the others you show how undesirable it is to cause trouble.

Execute murders, jail criminals and cut off the pinky fingers of repeat offenders, put mentally ill people in hospitals with professionals until they are able to rejoin society, execute drug dealers, and anyone committing a crime beyond a minor traffic violation you prosecute across the board. Do that for just 2 short years and America will see itself transformed into a safe country that could have gun laws reduced because all that's left are decent people who want to have a decent life.

The news wasn’t all good, though. The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) estimates, based on NICS figures, that sales decreased by 7.2 percent when compared to purchases made in May of 2023.
