Biden can't even answer simple questions about things he actually said without referring to "cheat sheets."

Biden is apparently not aware that he has been saying some really inflammatory things which are immediately walked back by the White House.

If the White House is walking back Biden's crazy statements so quickly, it makes one wonder who is really in charge of the decision making, and it is a huge national security issue.
