Ready To Admit You Made A Huggggge Mistake???

Of course GDP increased in 2020 we were coming out for a pandemic.

Inflation rate before the pandemic was very low. Less than 1% I think.

Yes we are pretty much open and out of the pandemic now… what’s your point?

So....what's Xiden excuse for explosive inflation? other then blaming Putin and price gouging?

US inflation rate was 1.8 in 2019....normal rates, as they were during all of Trump's time in office.

You are the one that asked about GDP in 2020 when trump left office...that was my point of telling you

Yes I wrote that and what I wrote is true. What isn’t true is your distorted interpretation claiming I said the constitution does not take precedence over State Courts. Of course it does. But there is an appeals process and a Supreme Court to deal the the constitutionality of laws and lower court decisions. That’s the constitutional process that I mentioned. Stop lying about the thing that I’ve said. It’s too easy to prove you wrong and make you look like a fool.

I quoted exactly what you said.

I challenge you to cite the Constitutional section that allows any court to discout the Constitution.

Do it or be revealed as a lying low-life.

BTW, gormless idiot......the very section I quoted was the basis for the Supreme Court to find for Bush over Gore: no state court can alter voting procedures.

I love rubbing your ugly kisser in it.
. Not only has it been decided in the US Supreme Court that only the state legislature, and not any court, may alter or set the dates, but this played an important role in the 2000 Gore v Bush case.

“U.S. Supreme Court

McPherson v. Blacker, 146 U.S. 1 (1892)

McPherson v. Blacker

Argued Oct. 11, 1892
Decided Oct. 17, 1892

“The validity of a state law
providing for the appointment of electors of President and Vice President having been drawn in question before the highest tribunal of a state as repugnant to the laws and Constitution of the United States, and that court having decided in favor of its validity, this Court has jurisdiction to review the judgment under Rev.Stat. § 709. Under the second clause of Article II of the Constitution, the legislatures of the several states have exclusive power to direct the manner in which the electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed.

Such appointment may be made by the legislatures directly, or by popular vote in districts, or by general ticket, as may be provided by the legislature.”

Speak up, you lying scum.

Oh,....and thanks for verifying that I am never wrong.

McPherson v Blacker was cited in Gove v Bush, 2000

BUSH v. GORE

A dispute arose concerning the deadline for local county canvassing boards to submit their returns to the Secretary of State (Secretary). The Secretary declined to waive the November 14 deadline imposed by statute. §§102.111, 102.112. The Florida Supreme Court, however, set the deadline at November 26. We granted certiorari and vacated the Florida Supreme Court’s decision, finding considerable uncertainty as to the grounds on which it was based. Bush I, ante, at ___–___ (slip. op., at 6–7). On December 11, the Florida Supreme Court issued a decision on remand reinstating that date. ___ So. 2d ___, ___ (slip op. at 30–31).

But neither the text of Article II itself nor the only case the concurrence cites that interprets Article II, McPherson v. Blacker, 146 U. S. 1 (1892), leads to the conclusion that Article II grants unlimited power to the legislature, devoid of any state constitutional limitations, to select the manner of appointing electors.

…the rules of the recount procedures to include whatever partial counts are done by the time of final certification, and we interpret the Florida Supreme Court’s decision to permit this. See ____ So. 2d, at ____, n. 21 (slip op., at 37, n. 21) (noting “practical difficulties” may control outcome of election, but certifying partial Miami-Dade total nonetheless). This accommodation no doubt results from the truncated contest period established by the Florida Supreme Court in Bush I, at respondents’ own urging. The press of time does not diminish the constitutional concern. A desire for speed is not a general excuse for ignoring equal protection guarantees.”

BUSH v. GORE

In your face, booooooyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How's this?

Second only to lies, hypocrisy is their most often empoyed method.

We can put 'murder' as third.

Need me to reveal more of your lies???????

Try the one that states who in Government decides
Election rules and law. It's the State legislature.
Not the Governor. Finally I listened yesterday as a gal
called into the Joe Madison Sirius XM talk radio show.
She was calm and wondered how come some important
pundit warned that Trump is definately about to lose.
Then she asked about all those states that changed election
guidelines and rules due to Mail-in ballots.Madison was
tongue-tied.He stuttered a lot.He normally does.Then after
about 2 minutes came up with his explanation. That the Federal
Government allows state governors to make the call regarding
Election protocols and procedures.Like what happened in
Pennsylvania.WRONG.pennsylvania had a Majority run state legialature
and set as usual the guidelines and procedures for the General Election.
But then the Pennsy;vania State Supreme court inserted itself
and overuled { It was a Majority Democrat State Supreme court }.
Thus defeating how the Penns. State Legislature controls it's election.
Judge Alito and Clarence Thomas wanted thie Supreme court to step
in and resolve this jam.But Chief Justice Roberts would not allow it.
So in Pennsylvania the Governor and his Secretary-of-State who
were Democrats sided and agreed with the Democrat majority State
Supreme court. That was Not the rule but the exception.
In my State of kentucky the Governor { Andy Beshear } tried to
do the same thing but the Republican State legislature had authority and
would not allow it.State legislatures Run State Elections.
Per our Constitution.
State legislatures have Constitutional Power
over Elections.
Under Article II,Section I of the Constitution
Period
Legislatures make laws for election procedures but they also delegate powers to the governors for exigent circumstances. Many people, including some governors, felt the pandemic was just such an event. Was it? If the legislature didn't reconvene to overrule the governor's decision, it was a decision left to the courts. You may not agree but the matter was legally decided. There was NOTHING unconstitutional about it.

Gasoline, inflation, racism, Iran, Israel, spending.......and that's the least of it.

It's well established that you Biden voters can't name policies of Trump you voted against.....

...and you certainly won't claim to have voted for the mess we see as a direct result of the election....

A pity that you lack a facility with the English language.

State courts have no say in the matter.
Too bad your understanding of the law is so poor. The legislature passes laws and, if they are contested, the courts rule on their meaning and execution. No different than at the Federal level.

Second time: do you know what "exclusive" means?
Why don't you explain it to me?

Normal people can see how good Biden has been. Save the gaslighting for your fellow fascist cult morons. It has no effect on normal people.

Also, tone down the hysteria. It reveals how upset you are about the asswhupping that Biden continues to inflict on you. And that encourages us to continue to do what's making you cry. If you'd hide what's causing you pain, you'd receive less pain.

The cat guy/girl thinks he/she speaks for "normal people." Now that's classic, my dear

You’d have to ask him but I believe that his excuse is supply shortages due to the pandemic, the war with Russia for gas prices and price gouging. He hasn’t fessed to the impact of massive spending which is obviously a cause as well

You're not just lying scum, but a total imbecile.

No third chance.....English is my second language, but, clearly, you don't have a first.

I bet you went to government school, huh?

I’ll explain again… I asked about those numbers to make the point that the pandemic screwed traditional economic numbers. You responded to my questions by making that point which was my intent by asking.

You know your party has HUGE problems

when even Salon is listing 10 BAD things about your party's admin!!!!!!

I may actually read that commentary...

What party is that?

I am a conservative.

Let's review:
The Founders, classical liberals, conservatives
a. individualism, free markets, and limited constitutional government.
“free markets, free voices, free people”

,
Fascists, Nazis, Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, Communists, Democrats
b. the collective, command and control regulation of private industry, and overarching government that can order every aspect of the private citizen's life....right down to control of his thoughts and speech.

None of the totalitarian forms of political plague have the slightest concern for human life: not communism (gulags), not Nazism (concentration camps), not Liberalism (abortion), not Progressivism (eugenics), not socialism (theft), not fascism (murder).

The Democrats check every one of those boxes.

They only differ in the final outcome: slavery, serfdom, or death.

They all follow Trotsky: "We must rid ourselves once and for all of the Quaker-Papist babble about the sanctity of human life."

Not knowing whereof you speak has never been a bar for you posting, has it.

I quoted exactly what you said.

You did quote me and nowhere in that quote did I say the constitution allows courts to discount the constitution. That’s you lying about what I said. Don’t agree? Go ahead and highlight my exact words where I claimed that. You can’t. You lose

Did you get your imaginary cork from your imaginary friend? Here in reality you are simply sounding foolish and not backing up a word of the shit you spew

You called me a democrat. I am not a democrat. There ya go, you’re lying again and proven wrong

Let's leave that determination to readers of your posts, as to which party you give aid and comfort to.

I don't believe there will be any doubt that you are a lying low life.

I bet you hear that lot, huh?
