Trump classified documents case dismissed. Jack Smith loses again.

Appointments Clause

Smith was not a private attorney, working for the DOJ. He was a private attorney that took a job with the DOJ.

A job that required him to be confirme by the senate, which never happened

Again...

The appointments clause applies to "Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States." Smith was none of those. He was hired as a "confidential employee," as I showed you.

LOLOL

You retard, you confused the U.S. Office of Special Councel with an appointed individual. If you had a brain, you'd just slither away hoping no one else would notice. Instead, you return fir more humiliation.

:lmao:
Move along dumbass you can't comprehend what was posted. What you're quoting has expired
The Independent Counsel Act expired on June 30, 1999, but Section 599 of 28 U.S.C. remains in effect. The act's authority and duties include:
  • Custody of records
  • Transfer of records
  • Maintenance, use, and disposal of records
  • Access to records
