It was actually folks in Africa (and or possibly Arabs) that enslaved them from what I heard, then sold them to the whites here in the US. Then, after coming here, eventually, the whites here emancipated them.

And this was all done by the GOVERNMENT.

This was done by slave owners and allowed by the government until after the civil war.

This is who owes the debt.

Certain white ancestors (not all whites) would theoretically owe the debt. Not all whites owned slaves.

I'll stay here where I was born, thanks. If you don't like living here with me, you can find another country or we can learn to get along. I'd personally prefer the latter. I have friends of many colors and these issues never were a problem I told the woke revolution. The problem is that June 19, 1865 wasn't the end of slavery in the US. The 5 "civilized" Indian tribes didn't give up their slaves until 1866. The Chickasaw and Choctaw signed a joint treaty on July 10, 1866. The Creek and Cherokee treaties were proclaimed on August 11 and the Seminole treaty on August 16.
