Still, nothing in what the first shooter did could have led anyone to believe that he was going to shoot anyone else. First of all, you failed to show that I am against gun ownership, because I'm not.
Secondly, "yet attack the man who stopped him". Nobody was stopped, the first guy was shot after he had already killed his intended victim.

The first shooter may very well have put the gun down and waited for police to come. We'll never know. And you can't prove otherwise.
