Additionally, if there were a true representative government, women would make up 54 percent of the Senate and the House, because they make up 54 percent of the population.

BTW....................if you wish to check my first point, Google the "Lilly Ledbetter Act", and if you wish to check the second point, Google the percentage of women to men in America.

The only way you could assure perfect equality would be to establish quotas. For every while male supervisor there must be one female supervisor and one black supervisor. But then the Hispanics, Pakistanis, and the Hindus would have a beef. This type of quota system is counterproductive. It doesn't work in the real world. It is another one of those ridiculous issues the Democrats like to dream up that make no sense to anyone other than the fools that it is directed at.

As for management it depends on how you "massage" the boss as to how much one gets paid. So in that arena women may get paid more, or less depending on ability.

And as for this nonsense that there should be no income disparity, I don't see Obama doing anything about it other than making it worse at the same time he's bitching about it. Obama raises excise taxes and companies pass them on to the consumer. He stagnates incomes with his Obamacare regulations forcing companies to cut employees to under a set number of hours or face higher taxes.


When it comes to income inequality, this country isn't as bad as Mexico. In that country there are the haves and the have nots. The number one reason most come to America is because there used to be at least a chance for you to become comfortably wealthy if not rich. Obama is doing what he can to end all of that.
