So people are stupid enough to think that Assange didn't have a contingency plan for this situation? I wouldn't be surprised if he was saving some really damaging stuff just for this situation. With instructions to his crew about what to do going forward. That's not being a fraud, that's being a step ahead of your pursuers.

Poor baby. Did Assange outsmart you too? Every person in that kind of position keeps some things under his hat for this type of situation. It's called a contingency plan. Just because he was better at keeping his personal things hidden than idiots like Podesta and Hillary doesn't make him a fraud. Just a lot smarter than them.

Assange has done this as long as Wikileaks has been around. He hordes his stolen goods and doles them out in little pieces to simple minded people like you who think he is some sort of god.

He was probably holding the information as potential blackmail. Julian Assange is more akin to Peter Baelish in Game of Thrones than any other character in fantasy/fiction literature.

He played the Game of Thrones. He played it well., but ultimately lost. His reign has ended. He lost. He dies (metaphorically).

On another note. Trump should pardon him for the current charges, it's a threat to the free press. Expect jury nullification is it goes to trial.

There is no doubt Julian Assange was blackmailing private individuals, companies (Coca Cola killed 10 children file, etc), corporations, public figures, celebrities and elected officials.

If he was true to his mission, he would not have withheld them.

Of course, I have no proof of my blackmail accusation against Julian Assange. But it certainly warrants investigation.

This might have had something to do with it as well

Julian Assange got the boot from the Ecuadorian embassy when embarrassing pictures of the socialist president of Ecuador, whose first name is actually Lenin, were leaked, showing him in swank hotel rooms with beds loaded with expensive items from the room service menu.

President Lenin Moreno blamed Assange for the hacking and leaking of these personal travel photos, though I don't think there's any real reason to suspect that.
