Black or white, the School Voucher Program IS specifically designed to help the poor, and it has been helping for a number of years now.

It's the Republican Party who created the SCHP's program--yes, another program designed to help people who were too poor to afford health insurance but had a family income too high to get other government health services.

Now, you can continue to live in denial all you like, or you can acknowledge reality which is Republicans have done several things to help the poor even though statistically, the poor vote Democrat.
