Could Trump Actually Deport 11 Million People?

Um, just saying that is nothing but partisan blather.

If you can't make a reasonable case on how or why my reasoning is not "logical or reasonable" your opinion is unsupported and thus invalid.

You really never learned how to defend your arguments or positions?
There is no need to defend them against your idiocy.
You wishing an opinion to be invalid has no actual substance.
Fail.

And back in the real world, Trump, if elected, will have every reason to represent his constituents and no reason to betray them.

And as President will have plenty of power over the executive branch to enforce federal law.

Right. And having been elected president, he can tell federal law enforcement to ignore Supreme Court rulings and demand proof of citizenship without probable cause.....
1. get Congressional support in advance...

2. declare temporary State of Emergency...

3. ask for IDs without probable cause throughout the duration of the Emergency

4. round 'em up and ship 'em out

5. lift the temporary State of Emergency

6. all fixed

Something similar worked for Lincoln...
And is completely un-Constitutional.

See Ex parte Milligan

But thanks for providing further confirmation of the fact that you and far too many others on the right are ignorant, hateful bigots with a contempt for the Constitution, its case law, the rule of law, and the right to due process of the law.

Your sudden concern and respect for the handiwork of slavers is noted.

And doubted.

When you mention Hitler you are panic mongering.

That is an appeal to emotion.

This is what you libs keep claiming that Trump is doing.

If the shoe fits, Correll. The Supreme Court has already ruled about probable cause. The only way that Trump can deport 11 million people is to ignore the Constitution, and the bill of Rights. That is the truth of the matter. Own it.

1. Precedents can be overturned.

2. Your claim that "the only way" is laughable. As President Trump will have hundreds of possible avenues of approach on this issue, some of which MIGHT challenge Supreme Court rulings.

And if they do, that battle will be fought, on that one aspect of the program.

All Illegals will be sent to a prison in AZ and YOUR taxes will go through the roof.
Sounds good to me.

You’re also providing further confirmation of the fact that you’re an ignorant, hateful bigot with contempt for the Constitution, its case law, the rule of law, and the right to due process of the law.

Indeed, the Constitution and its case law safeguards all persons in the United States from your fear, bigotry, and hate – including those undocumented.

The "illegals' are here to stay. Deal with it.

You would be happier to live in Venezuela or Cuba.

Sorry. i didn't realize that Trump was able to wave his magic wand and instantly overturn 225 years of legal precedents.....

Can he also do something about the weather? We have not had a drop of rain in AZ since last December.

Trump Isn’t Bluffing, He’ll Deport 11 Million People

"Legally, there’s nothing to it.

"Trump doesn’t need an act of Congress.

"He doesn’t even have to sign an executive order.

"All he’ll have to do to set this outrage in motion is pick up the phone and tell the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement to do his or her job: enforce the law.

"Camps cost money. So do more agents. No problem.

"President Trump can shift his budget priorities in favor of ICE.

"He’s already said he would triple ICE’s enforcement division from 5,000 to 15,000 officers.

"The FBI would have to pitch in."

Sure, the optics of the biggest forced population movement since Stalin would present problems, and it isn't too likely countries of origin would be thrilled about receiving millions of bitter, unemployed new arrivals, but could Trump actually deliver on his promise?

What happens to his administration if he can't?

Yes, it could be done. But there is an easier way. And a far better one. Deport about 50 million of them. Then, if you even see a mexican in your country, you will know without any doubt that they don't belong there. In that way, getting rid of them would be as easy as making a rain drop fall.

My doubting your sincerity in your sudden concern for the Constitution does none of that.

It is very unlikely that Trump will declare of STate of Emergency unless something goes very wrong, like open unrest in LA.

Trump has already stating his deportation campaign. The judge that is handling the case against Trump's university has been targeted. Trump says that he is a Mexican (even though he was born in Indiana).

"Magic"? Nothing magical about it. Stupid courts in the past made bad rulings, and hopefully the conservative court, once Trump appoints a conservative, will reverse some of them.

IF it even comes to that, which has not been established.

We are discussing hypotheticals.

I disagree. i suspect that Trump would declare a state of emergency if an airplane flew too low over one of his golf courses.

Mmm, yeah.

Once again, I'm glad that it's TRUMP that is supposedly appealing to emotion and that the dems are a bunch of Vulcans.

Probably not, but he can make them pay taxes and can prohibit them from sending non taxed money home, which might destroy Mexico, which is why the Mexican President has already apologized to Trump.

Bass, that is BEYOND funny! These are just the ways that i have thought up in the time it took to type this, of how people can get around laws prohibiting sending money to Mexico:
1. Send Money orders
2. Send money through offshore banks
3. Have your cousin Pedro carry it home on vacation
4. Address it to you sister Maria, in Bimini
5. Send it through Paypal for a fake auction on Ebay
6. Hand deliver it

Should I continue?

Thank you for you content rich post.

Your contribution to this discussion really raises the tone of this whole site.

I wonder if Political and/or Sociology Majors could get college credits for talking to you?

Meanwhile I have supported my position by explaining my reasoning, and you have not.
Bahahahaha your reasoning is not logical or reasonable.

He could do that, if he was going to follow in Obama's footsteps, but he'll probably obey the Constitution. However it's perfectly Constitutional to enforce existing law, and that's all that is needed to deport all 11 million illegal aliens.
