Well let's review what we do know....

Trump's lawyers and cohen's lawyers got to review all of these tapes with a special magistrate judge before they were turned over to the FBI to make certain nothing was turned over to the FBI that could be attorney client privilege.

Either this recording had nothing to do with attorney client privilege....thus allowed to be turned over...

or

The tape shows a criminal act..
which is the only way the FBI could obtain the recording even if it were attorney /clients talking

The FBI has the recording, so either it was NOT an attorney client privilege conversation, or IF IT Was attorney/client conversation, then something illegal was discussed in it, that allowed the FBI get it...

I am pretty sure the FBI has lots of things. Like Peter Stzock, Lisa Page and so on and so forth. I do not trust them any longer. This is why I have a problem with it.

well, it was not the FBI that turned the tapes over to the FBI, it was a special Magistrate Judge along with the Trump/Cohen lawyers who reviewed the tapes before they were turned over to the Southern district of NY prosecutors and FBI team there...

either the Magistrate judge made the decision that it was not attorney client privilege,

or there was something that could have been illegal, discussed between the two of them?

It very well could be, that certain "fix it" conversations between the two, Trump and Cohen, that could be fix it conversations between any two normal people, and an attorney is not necessary....were determined not to be attorney client privileged by this Magistrate? I simply do not know why the FBI would be given this conversation by the Judge magistrate....

What I am trying to say, is there is nothing to trust, or not trust, with the FBI on this one..... it was a decision by a special Judge, working with the Trump and Cohen lawyers.
