The context was a discussion of CHEAP CHINESE CARS (mainly electric cars) BEING IMPORTED INTO THE U.S. President Trump stated that HE would impose import duties or other restrictions to either prevent this from happening, or to make them so expensive that nobody would want them. Knowing that Biden lacks the balls to actually do anything in America's best interest, Trump said that Biden's non-response to this inflow of cheap cars would result in a " bloodbath" for American car makers. It was an entirely appropriate remark by Trump, taken totally out of context to give the impression that Trump would promote a deadly insurrection if he loses.

That is more than just a lie. It is a dastardly, evil lie.

And of course Joe Biden approved that message. He says so at the end.
