The UC at Berkeley has long implemented survey on black demographics......and for the category of "strong republican leanings," blacks have registered at a whopping 2% two decades ago, and are now at half of that....1%.

Since your screwed up party (the GOP) has long advocated for a "larger tent" and to attract minorities to the folds, it seems that you nitwits aren't doing too well.......

Point is, when Bush fucked up the economy in 2001, the Welfare rolls spiked again and never, ever went back down.

Once again, Rice was shot because he pulled out a realistic looking firearm on police officers. They were simply defending themselves. And it's not a he said / she said deal. We had actual footage of the entire event which the defense used to present to a jury.
