To Jail Or Not To Jail, That Is The Question

You are nuttier than a bag of squirrels.
Progs are shallow. No one pushes back. All of the protests they are smiling when abusing others like stopping traffic because they are not taken to task. The commie mayor of New York the other day has protesters against them for some reason and as they were led off the stage, one of them a woman who was smiling fell down when security was pushing them off it. For a couple of seconds, you saw her face before the video ended. It was not smiling. It looked somewhat perplexed.

Good news is that this was supposed to take 4-6 weeks.

One week down meaning only 3-5 weeks left.

Should be over with a verdict my mid May one way or the other.

Trump has the right to proclaim his innocence as loud and as long as he wants to.

He is 100% free to criticize the prosecution's case, and the witnesses against him.

He cannot intimidate or coerce a juror. No one can do that, whether they are a party to the case or not. That's a crime, and should be charged when it happens.

The prosecutor's office cannot discuss the case in the public sphere because that is a violation of the rules of procedure and can taint the jury. That prohibition does not apply to the defendant.

The leftist media opines on Trump's guilt on a daily basis. Trump has every right to counter those opinions, and criticize the people who publish them.

He also must obey a judges ordered gag order.
