Still a civilian & on purpose for this very same reason, why would he give up his higher pay biz ventures for having biz squashed by petty rules of conduct. Why make those rules of divesting ties if you are gonna let open evidence of Obama and Clinton backdoor deals go untouched?
Also if someone wanted to open doors for themselves in case of an election loss that would not be a conflict of interest and thus you can only accuse someone of a crime and bring up charges of crime when they actually commit the crime which was never done therefore bringing up false charges is the only crime here, & if the info is from surveillance of a civilian while also given publically to media as a leak, that is a crime & I believe falls into the espionage act.

We have no time line given us to know anything in these false narratives, because it would expose a few flaws in that narrative they never discuss the span of each occurance. But would you give it a pass if you find out the whole Russia paranoia routine that causes one to UNDERSTATE OR lie about meeting any Russian entity, was in fact a ruse abuse of power by their opponents?
Also it's subjective to whether the lie was about Kremlin contact or any Russian entity he would maybe not know has any degree of seperation ties formally or informally.

The only part of the time line you need is Flynns last day. All of these meetings were before that. Kushner attended meetings with Flynn and Flynn denied having these meetings to Pence. How can Kushner not be complicit /
It does look like Pence is not inner circle though.
