I didn't like the moderators fact checking trump especially on like the abortion thing. He didn't say it was happening he was talking about a few democrat politicians that were discussing doing it. Of course theoretically President Trump would veto it, as it would be unconstitutional. The settled law is that abortion is a STATE matter, and not a federal one.

It was settled law (and common sense) for 52 years that the decision to end a pregnancy should be between a woman and her doctor.

Again, you guys can't be trusted on this issue, and the fact that Trump refused to commit to vetoing such an awful law is good enough to vote against him. (Not that there aren't about 100 other good reasons.)

We amended the constitution to fix Dred.

Plessey was unconstitutional from the get-go.

Roe was a common sense ruling to get rid of cruel and unenforced laws.

I wondered about that. Roe vs Wade was never a law, it was a decision by a court. Would a law be different than a decision? I think so.
